In the contemporary world, the issue of buying an apartment appears to be a serious problem. A part of people are not going to take a risk of taking out a mortgage. On the other hand, the others claim that living on their own is the symbol of freedom and comfort. I strongly believe that a tenancy is much better option nowadays.
The most important advantage of renting a flat is no need to take out a large loan to get it. After its purchase, we are responsible only for paying a rent and other costs. Moreover, it is more possible to reach an agreement with our landlord than developers. In the case of them, we have to face many official but essential formalities. Apart from all costs, the majority of real estates are already furnished. That is why, there is no need to buy new furniture or carpets. Last but not least, this situation forces us to learn how to save money in case we do not deal with paying household costs.
However, the believer of living on their own claim that a freedom is the most appreciated value for young people. In addition, there are lots of governmental programs that help particularly young marriages to find a flat by partial funding their purchase.
In conclusion, a wide range of apartments gives us lots of opportunities. In my opinion, the best and a safer option as well is a tenancy. Lower financial requirements outweight a necessity of taking out a mortgage.
